Aberdeen Angus Beef & Burgers : A tasting with Muddy Boots Real Foods Wednesday 10 March 2010 Church Farm, Shrawley, Tickets: £7.50 Members, £9.50 non-members
Miranda and Roland Ballard will host an evening at Church Farm, Shrawley; they will tell about the hectic first year of trading for Muddy Boots Real Foods - what inspired them to start the business, their market research, brand development, customer feedback, London markets and the move back home!
We'll all get to taste some of the Ballard home raised Aberdeen Angus - simply roasted so we can get to know the 'base' for Muddy Boots' products - then we will be invited to taste and give feedback on a range of new burger recipes and talk through the development of different products for new and existing markets.
This promises to be a fascinating evening when we'll get involved in some live market research. The beef will be accompanied by some good bread and local drinks.
